Chinese New Year

Happy belated Chinese New Year!!

They say this year will be especially good to those born in the year of Dragon ;).
Well, being just a modest rooster (not to say chicken:)) I'm very happy for all the dragons.
I've just learned some pretty curious things about those born in the year of rooster, which even were surprisingly spot on (I'm usually very cynical as far as astrology and those type of things are concerned).
And now please tell me - what 'animal' are you?

Hi Olga,

Loved the colorful pictures. As usual your shots spotlight the moment and they give us a general idea of the environmental mood. 4 years ago I was in New York, by the Chinese new year, and we went to China Town. We did a fascinating tour around the quarter and the sounds, the fireworks and all the shouting were an amazing experience. I've been looking for my astrologic animal and I found out that I was born on the year of the rabbit. Sounds nice what I've read. Hugs TI

I had to look it up. Turns out I'm a 'Rat'. A 'Wood Rat' to be precise. Makes sense I suppose. :(

One of the benefits of reading the Chinese horoscope it seems - is either thinking that well, after all you are not that bad, or being consoled by the fact that there are also others like you out there :D
